I stayed away from Yoga for years because it seemed a little too "New Age" for me. I was way wrong! Yoga is "All Age" and for me that is especially important since I'm over 60. Working with Suzanne has taught me that Yoga can help keep me limber and best of all well balanced physically. Once you pass age 25, balance skills start to deteriorate and those over 60 risk falling if they don't work on exercises to improve this important skill. Yoga helps to do this. Another plus for seniors is that Suzanne explains every move and gently corrects you. I never feel that I will throw something out of whack in one of her classes. I'm more flexible, more balanced.
